    A pair of small berry / fruit bowls with wide footed bases. Both bowls have the
    Catalina Island
    “Toyon Red” glaze (deep orange) over red clay bodies.
    These rare and hard to find bowls were made in Avalon on
    Santa Catalina Island
    ,
    California
    between the years 1927 - 1937.
    The bowls measure: 5-1/8” diameter (at their widest point) x 1-1/2” tall.
    Both bowls are impressed on the bottom: “
    CATALINA ISLAND
    ”.
    The two bowls are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
    The bowls have tiny manufacturing flaws, (please see photos.)
    The pair of bowls is being sold AS-IS.
