Vintage Heinz Souvenir Spoon. Top of the handle has the Heinz 57 logo. Bowl of the Spoon has an image of building titled Home Office and says Pittsburgh U.S.A. There is some wear inside the bowl portion particularly near the top where is says Home Office. 4 3/8" length.
