Condition: This scope was used in a rackmount configuration and it DOES NOT HAVE A CASE. I am not familiar with vectorscopes so I am unable to do any practical testing of the vectorscope. The only test performed was powering the unit, during this test the lights for the unit came on as woujld be expecterd with a working unit. Due to the fact that I am unable to further test this unit it is being sold in AS-IS condition and there will be NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS and NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.
