    Description

    'VEINTE COHOL' BANANA      -MUSA   'VEINTE COHOL'
    Hard to find banana -It is  super fast growing-early fruiting and   very short ripening cycle  . Great for areas with short summers .
    Fruits are  3"-4" long with pointed ends.  Around 30-lbs  of sweet fruit is produced on a bunch. After fruiting, like all other bananas, the mother plant will not produce again  (best to cut at ground level)- but  pups are produced for next years harvest.
    Can be grown in large container & will fruit
    Best in full sun.
    Bananas are heavy feeders - need  to be fertilized generously  every other week . If you are not feeding your banana plant , you will not have fruit-  unless your soil is extremely rich.
