OVERVIEW:
For sale is ONE (1) used VTM-4100 audio & video test measurement. Some minor wear and tear, scratches around mounting holes, rack ears. It will not affect its working performance, only cosmetic one. Cooling fan started rough but them calmed down while testing. It might need to be replaced in the future. Actual photos are showed. LCD monitor is shows for a reference, it is not included. The eye pattern did not show as a full eye. Was rather flat, Do not know why. It may malfunction - please keep that in mind. Power cords are not included unless mentioned in the description.
