Hi,
For sale is a Kwikset Premis Smart Lock.
This is the one that is compatible with Apple Home Kit.
I am the original owner. This was installed on an inside door, so it was not used very much and in great condition.  The sticker over the keypad is still on it.
Only what is pictured is included. Everything about the Smart Lock works and everything you need to install the smart lock is included (except you may need some specific screws for your door application which can be purchased easily at a hardware store).
It does not include the 4 AA batteries, also does not have the plate that is installed in the frame of doorway (but you can likely re-use your existing plate).
It has the Keyway, which you can customize any key to use with the lock and the tool is included along with a new set of keys.
