A black velvet and beaded dress and two hats designed by Erté for
Stardust
. The strapless dress has a bodice beaded with solid silver-tone bugle beads and strands of simulated pearls. A Tony Chase label is present. A black velvet knotted turban is embellished with silver-tone bugle beads. A black velvet hat with crown covered with white iridescent glass is labeled "Harry Hatz." Erté designed the costumes and sets for the 1990 Broadway revival of
Stardust
, a musical tribute to the lyrics of Mitchell Parish, produced by Louise Westergaard.
