Easy to install the hardware, but the software stuff was complicated by firewall & spam filters, and then there are still minor glitches and unexpected behaviors. Nice that it works without any home-automation system, just the iPhone app & my existing home WiFi, and nice to have a physical key for backup in case Cox ISP is down. Note that the preassigned codes are disabled as soon as you connect. Have not been able to assign additional codes on the second lock, but have not spent the time to figure out why. Overall -- compared to other computer-related products -- still quite good.
